You shall not pass!

Okay, I'm sure you've all seen the Lord of the Rings movie and know how Gandalf says that when he's facing the Balrog. SO yeah, I was walking back to my room tonight and envisioned Dr. Ngaile saying that...and started laughing. If you know who Ngaile is, you'll know he has a slightly nasal voice in addition to an accent. Hearing that voice in my mind overlaid on Gandalf is pretty darn funny, I have to admit. Unfortunately, that's the feeling I'm getting with this senior design project right now. Luckily, I'm pretty sure that I'll pass the class and graduate. Thankfully.


At any rate, I need something to smile about these last two or three weeks of college. Three projects, one 10-page paper, multiple homeworks, and assorted other junk is stressing me out something fierce. BUT!! I have May 31st looming on the horizon.

In case you are unaware, that is when I am embarking on a journey halfway across the world that will last for 43 days. So yeah, this will be turning into a travelouge of my European backpacking tour. I'll put pictures and stuff up on a semi-regular basis from internet cafes in London, Amsterdam, Prague, and other fun places. I'll make you jealous while I'm lounging on the Italian Riviera. And then I'll come back to start work.

Whereupon I'll probably wish I were either back in school again or back in Europe still. But I'll be making bank, so sure :)
